(Note, the image below is my setting which is correctly set.) This is probably where you have something incorrectly configured. Now, assuming you have ActiveSync enabled, go to SETTINGS > MAIL, CONTACTS, CALENDARS and scroll all the way down to the “Calendar” section (at the bottom):.To access the settings, go to SETTINGS > GENERAL > DATE & TIME and be sure it is set to “Automatic” (note: you can manually set this as well if you need to). Check that your iPhone is set to the same Time Zone as your computer.Check computer to be sure that you have set the proper Time Zone.Basically, his iPhone was showing all of his Outlook events 1 hour earlier than Outlook was. I guess that this fix it would apply to anyone who is getting calendar notifications on their iPhone earlier or later than what is showing up on their Outlook 2003 or 2007 client. I have a co-worker who was having some issues with his iPhone and Outlook 2007 calendar times being off or offset by 1 hour.
